Jocelyn Tate

I was born and raised in the Yakima Valley and was happy to return to raise my children, after a few years of living in Seattle. I love how much our beautiful valley has to offer and it’s always fun to help new Yakima residents get acquainted.  I’m honored to serve as a trusted real estate professional, and I love the energy and fast pace that comes with the industry. I also appreciate that being detail-oriented and having a keen eye is an advantage. But most importantly, I love connecting with people and guiding them through one of the most important transactions they'll encounter. 

My free time is spent keeping up with my 2 busy pre-teen daughters.  Our favorite activities include traveling, getting together with friends for Cougar Football Saturday, family game (or karaoke) nights, skiing at White Pass, or our frequent trips to Leavenworth.
